|Philip Calvert, chancellor
William Calvert, sw1
|Anne Arundel County
Thomas Manning, spkr
|St. Mary's County
Stephen Horsey, dns4
1. Calvert apparently attended this Assembly on a special writ, because he was not yet officially appointed to the Council when the Assembly convened; perhaps he was replacing William Evans, who died in March 1668/69.
2. The surviving Upper House journal does not record Hall's attendance, but he was an elected delegate from Calvert County.
3. Impeached by the Lower House during the session for irregular actions as a lawyer; the Upper House ruled the impeachment procedure improper and cleared him of all charges.
4. Horsey never attended the session. Somerset, like Dorchester, a newer and less populated county, may have desired a smaller delegation.
