OF THE MARYLAND STATE ARCHIVES



THE ANNAPOLIS COLLECTION
includes over 700 examples of fine and decorative art, which are displayed in the State House, Government House, and throughout the State legislative and administrative buildings in Annapolis, MD. The Annapolis Collection visually documents Maryland's rich history.

THE PEABODY COLLECTION
includes approximately 1,400 fine and decorative art objects, including paintings, sculpture, miniatures, medals, and works on paper. This collection is especially strong in nineteenth- and early twentieth-century American painting and sculpture.
