In Memoriam... Comptroller Louis L. Goldstein, long serving member of the Hall of Records Commission. Goldstein, with Treasurer James and Governor Harry Hughes, was responsible for the creation of the new Hall of Records building on Rowe Boulevard which opened in 1986.
