70 ~  Court convenes; Commissioners present: Francis Jenckins, Thomas Dixon, Matthew Scarbrough, George Layfield, Thomas Newbold, Samuel Hopkins, James Round, Edmund Howard, Thomas Jones, John King.

70 ~ Thomas Dashiels returns warrant for apprehening John Jenner dated 10 September 1695; for buggery; no mention if Jenner was taken into custody.

70 ~  Christopher Jones petitions Court to have his bond for good behavior remitted; granted.

70 ~  Katherine Tully  requests payment for five days attendance at Court; case of David Richardson vs. Bryan Callahagan; granted; Tully assigns to Capt. King, Thomas Jones, Thomas Newbold.

71 ~  Court adjourns for the day.
