the suite of Henry Smith in an accon of Trespas
upon the Case ; / ;
And the said Henry for himselfe saith That the sd: Samuell
Standeth indebted unto the said henry the summe of Two hundred
Twenty and five pounds of Tobacco and Caske as pr his accot:
here in Cort: produced more plainely will appeare but the
said Samuell ffraudulently intending refuseth to pay the
Aforesaid summe of Two hundred Twenty five pounds
of Tobacco & Caske allthough severall times hath bin thereunto
Demanded whereby the said Henry is Damnified & hath Damadge
to the vallue of five hundred pounds of Tobacco and Caske
and thereupon bringes his suite ; / ;

whereupon this Cort: ordrs: that the said Samuell Jackson pay unto
Henry Smith or his ordr: Two hundred Twenty five pounds of
Tobacco and Caske Alias execucon ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
