294 Charles County Court Proceedings, 1671—1674.

         Liber E a lyne drawne South west a lyne drawne from the former
               lyne to the Exterior bound tree of the aforesd land laid out for the
               aforesd Andrew Watson and John Tomkinson on the west wth the
               sd Land on the south the said River conteyneing by estemacon
               seventy five Acres of land more or less as by pattent for the same
               under the greate seale of the said Province granted unto me the
               said Watson, and beareing date the sixth day of June of the xxxii
               yeare of the Dominion of Caecilius Absolute Lord and Propryetary
               of the Province of Maryland Relacon being thereunto had may
               appeare together wth all the Rights Members and appurtenances to
               the said parcell of land or to any part or parcell thereof in any
               wayes belonging or apptaineing to the onely use intent and purposes
               hereafter in these prsents menconed limitted expressed and declared,
               That is to say the said Allexander White and his Assignes to have
               and hold, the said land and prmisses intrusted for the onely use and
               behoofe of the said William Pinnar dureing his Nonage and soe
               soone as the said William shall attaine to the full & compleate age
               of one and twenty yeares, the said land and Tenemts to corn into
               the hands custody and possession of the said William Pinnar him-
               selfe to have and to hold to him and to his heyres and Assignes
               forever freely quietly and peaceably wthout any manner of challenge
               of me the sd Andrew Watson or my heyres Executrs & Administratrs
               by any meanes Title or procuremt the sd William or the sd Allexander
         [lot. 19]  White, Trustee and the Heyres Executors & Administrators &
               Assignes of the said William Pinnar yeylding & payeing yearely unto
               the cheife Lord or Lords thereof all such Rents Services wch from
               henceforth from tyme to tyme shall grow due & payable for & in
               respect of his or theyre Seigniory or Seignioryes In witness whereof
