     ment: It is thearfor ordered that the sayd Lumbroso pay unto the
     Plantiue sixteene hundered and twenty flue pounds of tobacco with
     Cost and Charge of suit:


      The Commissioner haue fined John Caine one hundered pounds of
     tobacco for beeing this day drunke
